Abstract of dissertation

Becoming developed for hundreds of years, Hotel Market has been in their maturity period for a long time. Confronted by fierce competition and the current global overall economy, it becomes a hot theme in Lodge Industry how to maintain and increase revenues. By simply shifting focus from „Goods-Dominant Logic‟ to „Service-Dominant Logic‟, Service Research presents a new perspective on value creation and service experience. In this new perspective, value can be co-created simply by various jobs, experienced and evaluated by customers. Yet , the problem is how to implement theories in a particular industry. Centering on hotel industry, this newspaper aims to demonstrate how service evolves while using development of technology and theory based on the truth study of InfoQuest, which is an THIS company primarily providing SaberKnot. InfoQuest redefines several economic roles (hotels, IT program provider, neighborhood businesses and customers) and relationships one of them (from a linear version to a netlike model) where it drives Hotel Market with fresh vitality. Both competitive advantages and potential problems that may possibly arise in the service innovation are eventually discussed. Eventually, a further evaluation is made on the China industry in order to show the possibility of that business getting into China.
