Abstract—The provision of urban open public transport in Indonesia is definitely not free of problems. I. INTRO PROBLEM facing all cities in Asia, as well as in different developing countries is how to meet the developing demand for person movement. Prof. Dr . -Ing. Ahmad Munawar was born upon November dua puluh enam, 1953. This individual graduated the under graduate student degree in Civil Executive at Gadjah Mada College or university, Indonesia in 1979. He gained his Meters. Sc. level in travel at the University of Liverpool, England in 1985 and Dr . -Ing. degree in transportation at Ruhr Universitaet Bochum, Germany in 1994. He is a member of Indonesian Road Expansion Association, Indonesian Transport Society and the Commence of Transport Engineers. He is also the chairman with the German Alumni Association in Yogyakarta. He has crafted many papers at the national and worldwide conferences.
