Self-pride also known as satisfaction, self-respect or maybe a favorable view of oneself also includes the attitudes speculate if this trade about those things they do, that they act, and other social elements that make an individual who they are.

Distress in behaviors will allow a person to react irrationally and at times adhere to their urges as opposed to reasoning and rational. Cognitive dissonance is a a sense of discomfort and distress due to two or more inconsistent cognitions consequently defined as getting caused by an action that is totally different from one's traditional self-conception. Quite simply, causing a person to do something in a way that is not common or normal for that individual's nature.
